VACANCY: Employment and Training Manager
Join the Who Dares Works team as the Employment and Training Manager!
The main purpose of this job is to build and maintain connections with local businesses and organisations to support the progression of the participants into education, training and employment. In doing so, you will be directly supporting the participants to progress within their own lives, as well as supporting the project to deliver and achieve its quality and performance objectives.
Other duties will include: providing one to one or group support to participants to develop the necessary skills for finding employment or training opportunities; complete relevant project paperwork and work with the Who Dares Works partners to raise awareness of identified pathways into education, training and employment.
