Brian runner-up in the 2015 International Coaching Academy Awards

We are proud to announce that Brian Tregunna, Active Plus Regional Manager in Somerset, Dorset and Wiltshire, was runner-up in the Life Coach of the Year category at the recent International Coaching Academy awards 2015.

Bev James, CEO of The Coaching Academy and her team, judges, representatives from The Dames Kelly Holmes Trust and an array of Coaches and Trainers all gathered to celebrate the success of the top Coaches in the industry at Latimer Place in Buckinghamshire on Saturday 5th December.

Brian was congratulated for his outstanding achievements as a life coach working to help individuals overcome personal and professional challenges that they face on a daily basis; this includes his role with Active Plus and also his independent pro bono work with people who are unable to afford coaching.  The judges noted in particular, his work with people experiencing mental health challenges, his mentoring role with injured military veterans and the innovative use of life coaching within Active Plus that has helped so many people to improve their lives.

Brian said “I would like to thank the Coaching Academy for this recognition.  It’s a privilege to work with so many great people at Active Plus; I am just part of a larger team that makes a real difference to peoples’ lives on a daily basis and I’m looking forward to using our coaching skills to benefit even more people in the future”.
